JUNIOR NEWSLETTER

We are very pleased to welcome you as a junior member of the club for 2009. This year we have a new club pavilion which we have been able to complete due to the generosity of the residents of Sampford and the grants and donations received from various sources. We hope that you will enjoy these facilities for many years to come.
Please note that official opening ceremony will be on Saturday 13th June.

At present we have no practice nets. This is high on our list of priorities and we hope to have new nets for next year.

Our coaching sessions will commence on Saturday 16th May, and we will have coaching sessions every Saturday morning until 25th July, except when matches have been arranged. Details of the match dates will be given when they are known. Additional coaching sessions and matches might be arranged during August. Please note that all coaching sessions will commence at 10.00am and finish at 11.30am.
Wednesday coaching sessions will commence on 3rd June at 7.00pm, and they will continue on alternate weeks until 22nd July. Drinks will be provided at all coaching days.

We have been asked to provide a joint under 10’s side, with Finchingfield, to play a tournament on the Common in Saffron Walden on 4th July. Further details will be given nearer that date.
